Symbols and categories

In order to make the understanding of the details easier for each house, we put little symbols easily identifiable in order to estimate the price of the restoration and identify the extras. Here is the meaning of each one of them.

COMPLETE RESTORATION NEEDED

Structural works required on walls, roof, floors, and/or foundations. Restoration Work Estimation from 800 to 1500 €/m2 according to the property status and the project of the client (work on all or part of the property, choice of the materials, wished quality of the kitchen and/or bathroom(s)).

SIMPLE RESTORATION NEEDED

According to the status of the property and the wishes of the client, the work can be done on the walls, ceilings, floors, tilings, supplies updating. Restoration Work Estimation from 300€ to 800 €/m2.

READY TO LIVE IN

The property has a minimum of modern comfort. According to the buyer wishes, a new decoration or improvment may be required.
Work from 0 to 300 €/m2.
